Fresh from the road test 9/12/2025 !! This is probably New York City's Best driving school. I am low key ADHD, and I have tried 4 differents schools ...... zip ! When I did some research about success rate and found Mr Yang driving school I didnt hesitate to travel from the Bx all the way to Flushing. ........Best decision EVER !!! ( mind you I did even take classes in Africa months ago during my vacation) I realized a lot a instructors know how to drive but not how to teach....that is the issue, And when they are not fluent in english, its more complicated)..... .....So the moment Kenny welcomed me at his office on Kissena Ave (Flushing)and PATIENTLY allowed me to elaborate on my previous experiences. He understood everything about my lack of skills, my personality, and my circumstances . He knew exactly what Instructor was going to get the job done : ERIC...the type of smart dude that can read into your mind. Eric quickly deciphered my bad driving habits and started correcting [ my heavy foot on the gas and break, not using the break the properly to stop the car, (I was terrible); and myraculously I started smoothly controling the car and staying within 20-22 m/h, then he addresssed my issue with intersection " who has the right of way" how to safely check and manage intersections. Etic Also explained the logic behind stop signs placement... And everything started making sense ....then we work on my right and left turns.... [They dont play , they do know what it takes to pass the road test that requires SMOOTH and SAFE driving ] Not trying to write a book ... just want to give some details for readers to really understand ....For Anyone who is looking to start driving lessons, you can take my word to the bank on this one. You will not regret chosing Mr Yang driving school ... just make sure to meet KENNY he is super meticulous [Dude is a real PROFESSIONAL]. ..... ( I almost forgot this one : they offer 90 min lesson instead of 45min....the pricing
